HOUSTON, TEXAS – NOVEMBER 2009 – Karen Derr & Associates Realty was purchased in July 2008 by its long-time, top producing agent, Bill Baldwin, and we are proud to announce its renaming to Boulevard Realty. Boulevard Realty operates offices in Houston and Galveston.

Boulevard Realty is a top grossing real estate firm in Houston with 2 offices, 51 independent agents, 6 staff persons, and over 100 million dollars in sales for 2009.

“I am very proud of my association with Karen Derr and Karen Derr & Associates Realty,” says Bill Baldwin. Since Baldwin purchased the agency he has served as its broker and continues to list and sell properties.

As its top producing agent for the previous 10 years, Baldwin says he looks forward to taking Boulevard Realty to the next level.
