Dustee Gutierrez with Boulevard Realty has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Sam Houston State University. She also cheered for the Champion Houston Rockets from 94-95, 95-96. Dustee became interested in real estate and moved into the Woodland Heights into a 1920's home that she and her husband renovated. Through her enthusiasm and leadership abilities Dustee always caters to her clients and helps them reach their goals in real estate.

Dustee is an active member in Houston Heights Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Gala committee at Duchesne Academy, a member of Woodland Heights Civic Association, a member of the National Charity League and is a parishioner at St. Anne Catholic Church.

In Dustee's spare time she likes to workout, read, travel, and best of all spend time with her family.
