Elsa Morse

Elsa brings to her real estate practice a lifetime’s knowledge of treasured Houston neighborhoods. A Spring Branch/Memorial specialist for Boulevard Realty, Elsa was raised in a mid-century modern in Bunker Hill Village, where she currently resides. In addition to her Memorial home, Elsa has lived in a 1930’s West University bungalow, an 18th century Connecticut dwelling and a Manhattan high-rise. While living on the East Coast in the 1990’s Elsa was a director of the Farmington Historical Society (CT) where she focused on historically significant homes. Upon returning to Houston, she’s kept her eye on historic homes of the future. With experience as a child life specialist in hospitals and caregiver to aging parents, Elsa is especially attuned to the needs of individuals and families through the life stages.
