The space is open anytime Boulevard Realty is open: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, and after hours by reservation.

With seating for 18, including huddle and lounge areas, plus a free conference room available by reservation, this space is perfect for professionals, creatives, and students who need a place to call home for an hour or for the day. The space also features high-speed wifi and a copier-printer-scanner and has free beverages on offer all day.

Only the conference room is available for reservation during office hours. Conference room reservations are limited to up to 4 hours at a time up to two times a week. To reserve the conference room or YourSpace after hours, please email office@yourblvd.com.
